we are gonna be taking a look at a pastry

competition that the nation of France holds every four years. That's it.

And the candidates who take this exam are the elite of the elite of

the elite of pastry chefs in France

and if they get through it it's a three day test

they are awarded the title and a physical collar

of moth

which out of respect I'll try to do the full name one time but I'm going to have a hard time with this French.
