Hope you're well.

I'm not going to say that every week.

But usually it's not that I don't mean it but it's one of those things where you say to

someone how I, and you expect them to say something like, fine, grand, alright, you know,

and not the sort of, oh well the old hips are really hurting me at the moment and the

f*** work is shit and home life is pretty awful as well.

And you know, the goat, the goat, Jesus, it's where it's killing me.

You don't, you don't expect that sort of stuff.

So it's sort of like how are you?

Hope you're well.

I hope you're well because I always hope you're all well.

But right now I really hope that everybody listening and all your friends and family

and loved ones and all that are well and healthy and staying healthy.

It's a, it's a strange time.

It really is.

There's no escaping that.

It's a very weird and surreal period of existence we are going through right now.

And I know for many people it's probably a lot more disruptive because you have to, you

know, if you go to work every day, you work in the office and now you have to work from

home, that's a big change or if you've got, you know, young kids that are going to school
