Thank you so much for joining us this week. Marianne has a truly epic interview this week. And I am completely jealous because Olympia Osset is a woman with a plan and a woman after my own heart.

I can't believe you got to do this interview, but I'm excited about it.

She actually has not just one plan, but like a lot of plans, all focused on getting people who live in poor neighborhoods, the opportunity to eat good food.

So Marianne will be exploring with her how she plans to do that and so much more, including how she came to be vegan

we made, which was like New York City vegan weekend on a budget. Yeah. Yeah. Remember that?

That was a great video. Yeah, that was. And I, unfortunately, I think that a lot of the places are

not around anymore because it was like over a decade ago.

I mean,

that's not a, that's not a reflection on veganism. It's more a reflection of, yeah, which of the restaurant is is. Yeah, but, but yeah, it was a lot of fun making that. I just remember saying, we've got you covered. Yeah, I, you're totally right. Every time I hear that turn of phrase, I think of that video and how we shot it in like one day, one like 13 hour day. And I brought it. We pretended we were on different days. And I brought like costume changes. That's right. That's right. That was awesome. Oh, no, I want to watch it. Yeah, people can watch. People can watch it, right? Like, it's available somewhere.
