Avaidae What's up, what's up, another episode of Ruperfect podcast.

Of course, I'm your host, Rikada Randis, also known as Rickerrandis.

And I'm sure you have missed my rolling up, rolling of the R's and my mess-ups.

Because it's been a while since my last episode.

Life's been super busy, as you guys know, if you follow me on the socials.

And please do. I love when fans of the show follow me on Facebook, Instagram X, whatever social media

platform you're on. And they kind of get to see a glimpse of my personal life and all the

things that I try to do in regards to coaching and family

stuff and I don't post that much because I do try to be in the moment. That's kind of the

pros and cons of being anti-technology is I do my best to be in the moment and not be distracted

by my phone but I also forget to take out

my phone and take pictures. And that's kind of the life we live in. There's a lot of pros to the

technology and there's also a lot of cons. I try to embrace the pros like being able to record

podcasts and make friends online and record Zoom calls and create music, which I'm doing again also

while avoiding the cons like it distracting you and you never being in the moment.

But anyways, I'm way off topic.

I do want to remind you guys, this is a Valley for Valley show.
