Thank you, it's great to be here.

I love bad mothers everywhere. Bring them on. I know. It isn't really more like realistic mothers. You know, just like the norm. That should be like our bar right at the beginning just trying.

Well yeah because isn't a good enough parent good enough I

quite frankly I yes I personally agree and we're going to get into that as well as all of the

things that you've been exploring with this new memoir but I want to start with a question we ask everybody which is who lives in your house which could be an apartment a

yurt a condo whatever. Yeah so I am in such a wonderful unique situation three years ago I left

everything I knew and loved in Los Angeles to move into my

children's 130 year old Brownstone in Brooklyn in the garden apartment to help raise my

granddaughters who live with my daughter and son-in-law upstairs.

That is awesome.

It is. It really, really is.

And I know from just being a person in the world, not always the situation that happens
