profits. I'm Dwan Ben Twyford, America's most sought after Rua State investor. I'm so

thinking excited that you are here today. We are in December. I'm pretty sure I told you guys

Christmas is my most favorite time of year. From Thanksgiving all the way to February 15th,

that's my season. Because we have Thanksgiving, we start off in Florida, we bring in the holidays

in Florida. We have Christmas, different locations, then of course it's January and then February

3rd is my birthday and then February 14th is Valentine's Day. The February 15th is my wedding

anniversary and then those birthdays in March. I kind of like fun Thanksgiving to March. We're in

party mode because it's all the great things I love. So I'm so excited to stand in close, Merry Christmas
