I went to a barbecue. Pigeondigger invited me over because I've been playing a bit of battlefield 1943 with them every now and again. And there's a chap I've ever played with who were friends with him called Chili Beef. Yes. And it was his birthday. So they had a bit of barbecue and invited me over. So I thought, you know what? I'll pop up for a few hours before we record.

And I was saying, like, you know what, I can't really stay along,

so I've got to go back. So they had a river barbecue and invited me. I thought, you know what, I'll pop up for a few hours before we record.

And it's like, oh, yeah, how's that all going? And we're in like a circle of a lot of people outside. And a lot of them I didn't really know. I only knew a couple of people. but they were like, oh yeah, what's that then?

And have you ever had this?

Have you ever had to explain to people?

I mean, firstly, some of these people didn't even know what a podcast was,

but I was very hesitant I found. I was like, well, it's like a pre-recorded radio show and on all manner of topics around. And she was like, oh, right, what is it? I'm like, well, it's to do with gaming. And I felt felt really bizarre and I don't know maybe it was just me

but I did I wasn't embarrassed by any means I'm very proud of our little show we have here

we've got our own little space in the world and we're all right yeah man but I was like oh

I'm a massive geek yeah you do you do you become overcome with that that feeling that whatever's

about to come out of your mouth

in the next sort of 30 seconds to a minute is going to be taken with the, oh God, he's a fucking geek.
