We've had a bit of pushback from some network members about our relationship with the Megabine project.

The use of DNA blending to create the bean has garnered criticism from various quarters,

but we've believed in it since the start.

We actually provided some investment in the early stages of the process,

back when the experiments being carried out at Mitchell's HQ in Kentucky,

weren't leading to the huge bean that they were aiming for,

and instead were creating sentient mushrooms, terrifying blind, angry dogs,

and on one occasion a liquid that could somehow scream.

Thankfully, that's now all in the past and we can all enjoy the benefits that come

from a commercially available man-made bean that's three feet tall and as heavy as a canoe.
