Liz. I love Liz. I know. Don't you just love her? I love Liz. She's just the loveliest person. And her latest movie, Meet the Future, which is receiving critical acclaim, is about the movement to recreate meat without using animals. And it focuses on the work of Dr. Uma Valletti of Memphis Meets. We have been lucky enough. He has been on the past cast. That's right. Yeah, he has.

And we also were lucky enough to not only have him on the podcast in the past, but also to
