And I hear him just talking in the hallway of somebody and he comes in and I go, boy, you're one of those people.

This is one of those buildings where people talk to each other before. 7 a. Gross. I'd have to move out. I'd met the guy on 26. We'd talk a little bit. We'd move in and like, I'd have to.
