So this week on Eastman's Elevated, I have Jared Bloomgren.

So I've known Jared, I have known of Jared for years. So this podcast

has been a long time in the making. He's always been on my short list to get on the podcast.

So I finally reached out, finally got him on the podcast, but the guy is just a consistent killer.

Mule Deer, White Tails, Elk. He's been published in Eastman's magazine. I can't even

count how many times. And so we're kind of around the similar age. We got the similar start and

just made for this great conversation. Like I said, he's just a great bow hunter. We kind of compare

notes. And I started the podcast organically, so the new recording software

I use just starts recording the conversation the minute I jump on.

And then a lot of times I'll talk for a few minutes, get to know the guests, and then I'll

hit record.

But we just started off having this great conversation.

So I just put the beginning part in there. And you'll kind of hear where I ask them if it's okay

if we just start the podcast and I throw in the old stuff. But it's just a great conversation.
