Studio 54. Is my wife in there? We are going to be taking a look back just at the first phase of studio 54. I didn't know it came in

layers or any of this. Just the original Studio 54 when it opened and it only

had about a two and a half year run until it got shut down

and then anytime subsequently somebody is open to Studio 54 nightclub

it has been trying to imitate

what that first run of Studio 54 did.

So we're just going to be looking at the first

couple of year Studio 54 was open,

then it got shut down, and what it was.

I picked the topic because I don't,

I didn't really know where to play Studio 50 I've heard it referenced a lot like I've heard people refer to studio 54

I'm pretty sure there's a movie in the late 90s called studio 54 that I think I watched when I was in like maybe 12 years old I didn't really

get it but anyway I've heard it thrown around I don't know where to place it in history

30 years from like from the late 60s until

87 I don't really know when music I know when specific bands are but I don't really understand the flow of where music went in America. And so I wanted to at least have this buoy as far as culturally knowing like all right, well when was, like disco is when here this was it like

studio 54 is referred to as the end of disco which I don't I don't know

maybe my favorite uncle hates two things in it's Disney World and disco, but it's a it's a cultural thing to know I didn't know that Studio 54 was referred to as like the death of disco

So we're going to look back at this night club. It's it more or less breaks down into just a two year cash grab.

These two do these two do is open this place and they made so much money

for we're going to go into both owners and then I looked at Studio 54 like it was World War I.

Like it was World War I.
