Our producer, Sylvia Ryerson, along with web producer Robert Reese, traveled to the Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, Pennsylvania to run and talk with NASCAR drivers and members of their

teams about why it helps to be fit and quick on your feet if you want to go fast on four wheels.

So you guys run together quite a bit?

We have this season because he's been training for his 5K,

so I kind of ran with him a little bit,

but he's been running a lot more than me,

so Trevor's in peak run fitness at the moment. Nice. Landon took it pretty hard on me at Bristol, though. That's why I haven't run with him as much, because I had a little progression run, and he put a hurting on me, so I was like, I didn't enjoy that at all. I think I'll just stick to my aerobic face training and let Landigo hurt himself. It was ridiculous.
