Summary

In the early 2000's, a family of "Sovereign Citizens" relocated from New Hampshire to Abbeville,SC. Their hatred for any form of government was well documented. When the SCDOT presented their plans to widen a highway, thanks to an easement on their property, things did not end well to say the least.
