So before we get into this and try to introduce Jill, I kind of want to set the stage for you guys.

Okay, because I have what I call the golden rule of weight loss and it goes like this. Okay.

If you're looking to lose weight and you're looking to burn fat, the first thing you need to do is determine what you want.

Like how fit do you want to be? How fit do you want to look?

The second step is determining the price that you will need to pay to achieve that level of fitness.

And then the third step is get to work, paying that price in full in advance before nature will give you what it is that you want.

Okay. So that's the golden rule or the golden formula for weight loss.

Here's the deal though, not everybody may want to do the work or pay the price needed to achieve the body of a fitness model.

Not everybody may be willing to do what needs to be done in order to get rid of those last 10 pounds.
