you know, Netflix has a particularly bad reputation among actors for this kind of thing. They don't

just have a bad reputation among writers, but they have a bad reputation of actors for being very

aggressive for the way they use their likeness for the residuals that are used, that actors are

which is a separate issue. But this is not just going to be bad for people just paying that

monthly streaming bill. It'll be bad for people just paying that monthly streaming bill.

It'll be bad for this whole workforce that our country is known for and that you would hope a lot

of elected officials would care a lot more about.

There's a couple pieces here.

There is the question of why do you think it is that more politicians, especially ones that

are 2028 hopefuls, don't see this as an opportunity

to score some much-needed points among a very defeated and deflated and angry democratic base,

especially when I really take your point, believe me, that the increases in the price per month

and Netflix is in some ways of the footnote to

the story. But it also is something that is directly affecting the lives of many Americans in the

way I have had many an argument. Many a tirade has been had in my vicinity about the cost of

Netflix and oh, they don't want to share anymore and all they want to squeeze every

blood from the stone, you know, every drop of blood. So it does seem like a very relatable issue in the

way that so many consumer issues are. But Democrats, Republicans, too, of course, but nobody seems to

want to touch it. Yeah. Let's talk about this because I actually think we can zoom out and identify some

stuff that is all across the economy. And look, obviously, you know, Democratic electeds have the

same problem Republican electives have, which is they wake up in the morning and the thing they do

the most minutes every day is call extremely rich people for cash. You know, every summer they go to a literal
