My eyes open and every morning and I'm like, let's do this. I think this is our first full show in the new year. Is it? All right. Is it really? That's fascinating. Yeah, and I'm properly caffeinated. That's a big one. I've been like realizing that I've been a little,

I'm holding back a little bit too much on the caffeine

and when I just get an extra few milligrams in there. You know, caffeine sensitivity apparently increases as you get older. Oh, does it? I hadn't put together. Either I knew that and I was in denial that I'm getting older, but I think I've been feeling it more. That makes a lot of sense. When I was younger, I would, when I was working at like Game Pro, I got no, like, I would

drink coffee and be drinking like diet sodas and stuff and I'd become like wired in a really

like unpleasant way.

Like you know that too much caffeine like bad feeling.

And I started having to like get more aware of like my caffeine intake.

Drip coffee for me is one that I've learned to just avoid because that actually,

fun fact, if you're also a caffeine watcher,

the highest caffeine of all the typical caffeinated drinks you're going to find is,

is traditional drip coffee.

It's because it's just sitting in it.

It's leaching out all the caffeine. If you do like

espresso or Americano, that's my preferred. That's just espresso with water. Espresso is a rich

flavor, but pound for pound has less caffeine. So that was one of the things that made me switch to

the Americana. Black tea also wonderful. That's got a nice profile of caffeine, kind of a more rounded metabolism there. I'm drinking some of the nitro cold brew we have on tap on canvas here. This stuff's like jet fuel. Yeah, that is the real deal. I poured it to the top, to the brim of a, you know, plastic cup and was like, I'm on cup too. and just slammed it because it tasted so good. And then within 30 minutes, I'm like,
