Well, today you get to hear about the work going on behind the scenes and what it means for the podcast itself.

I'm Ed Dunsell, had enough to talk about.

But surely within the past two months, that has changed.

So I thought, well, I want to talk to everybody about all of this.

I want to tell you about all of this.

I have mentioned bits and pieces of it over the past several months, maybe even

year, but it's on the live show. It's in some of the updates in the episodes. And I just thought

I need to do an episode so all of you can hear it all at the same time. Very complete, very thorough.

I'm not going to miss anything. I have the notes in front of me because I think you're all going to find

what I have to say very interesting. Now granted, because this is ongoing work, I can't say everything. But I think you are

going to get a better understanding of me. My attitude toward at least the next year, if not several years.

And my continuing evolution about how I see the work that is done here.

And I'll get into that more toward the end of this episode that I think probably is going to be an hour

long somewhere in there.

I don't know how long because I'm just starting the recording right now.

But I think it's going to be very informative for all of you.

And maybe this is more honesty and things that you're going to hear in this episode,

maybe that you're going to hear by any podcast host out there ever talking about

their work and where everything is headed.
