I'm going to show you another week into the summer where another week closer to the start of preseason and we have signed a grand total of no players and we've also sold a grand total of no players.

But that's fine.

I'm completely unutterly chilled out.

The way to do this, the way to remain completely stress free is to set your expectations so low that any tiny little thing that happens is going to be fucking amazing.

Think of it like starving yourself.

A sort of hunger strike.

For no other reason, then you just want bad food to taste good.

Which isn't a great reason for hunger strike.

Many people have gone on hunger strike down the years for causes, for things that they believed in.

They've died for those causes literally starve themselves to death.

That's not what this is about.

Nobody should starve themselves to death.

Not unless you really want to.

I mean, I can't stop you if that's what you want to do.

Fine.

I'm not recommending it as a course of action.

That's all I'm saying here.

But if you don't eat anything for a week and then you eat, I don't know, some boiled cabbage.
