top-tiered, top-12 rookies pre-combine, and as a quick recap, that was Leonard Fernette, Delvin Cook, Mike Williams,

Corey Davis, Juj-Smiths-Schuster, Christian McCaffrey, John Ross, OJ Howard, Alvin Camara,

Samajipirin, Deont, and Kareem Hunt. And this week, I delve into some more tape,

and I'm ready to discuss my second tier of rookies for 2017, that being players 13 to 24 pre-combine.

and they're subject to change, of course, upon the actual NFL scouting combine,

which is going to be here before we know it coming up on February 28th.
