0:40.9	I'm your host, Lindsay, bringing you another episode in the Year of Polygamy series where we seek to understand the practice of Mormon plural marriage. And I'm really excited to bring on someone who is going to help us understand and untangle the federal legislation surrounding polygamy. This is a really important topic and something that everyone needs to understand when they're trying to understand Mormon polygamy.

0:58.1	I've been divorced for about 15 years.
1:02.2	I got interested in feminism via the internet many, many years ago, in discussion groups and chat groups.
1:10.2	And I consider myself a lapsed feminist investigator where I studied about feminism,
1:17.2	but I don't really wear the label very well because I don't, I haven't studied enough.
1:23.8	I'm kind of inactive as far as feminism is concerned.
1:27.2	That's okay. I know it's kind of an odd way far as feminism is concerned. That's okay.
1:27.9	I know it's kind of an odd way to describe that.
1:31.2	No, that's a very Mormon way to describe that.
1:35.0	Tell us how you got interested in this topic.
1:39.2	It is actually as to do with my brother.
1:42.7	When I was on my mission, I went to Italy, Rome in 1975.
