So we had a double whammy last week or a double bench slap as I like to say.

So in the same day, basically, the Trump's claim of. basically the

Trump's claim of absolute immunity was rejected both by the DC Court of Appeals

with regard to the civil lawsuits that have been filed against him for

January 6th about injuries that resulted from the riots and by the district court, Judge Tanya Chuckin, hours later in his criminal case for January 6th.

And this was kind of, you know, his big claim,

and we can unpack it, that pretty much was trying to argue that if the president does it it's legal.

To paraphrase Richard Nixon. To paraphrase Richard Nixon, yes. So yeah, I mean I

guess we can unpack what she said. I thought both of the opinions I thought were very well written and Judge

Chuckkins definitely flowed from the DC circuit's reasoning.

But they are slightly different, right?
