We often joke, we've been doing this show a long time.

We often joke that the Sunday result has an outsized effect on our mood or the tone of the show.

I would expand that this week to the fact that they won the last two games now of this Royal Series.

And today's game, I thought, was a lot like the games they won last year.

Yeah. In that they still didn't hit the games they won last year. Yeah.

In that, in that they still didn't hit with the runners-scoring.

But the bullpen was good.

But the bullpen was so good that they covered up sort of a short start.

I mean, Ober was good, but I don't think he's really been stretched out that much in St. Paul.

And, you know, five innings of shutout ball by thrown by the bullpen ended up getting

a win.

And we'd have been satisfied with that last year.

Yes.
