This suspect identified as 36-year-old Mohammed Bailor Jalo, a former Virginia National Guard member, who, as we've been reporting,

served nearly seven years in prison after pleading guilty to trying to aid the terror group ISIS, officials at the time saying he was trying to procure weapons for an ISIS attack.

Now, at the specific address where we believe the suspect lived, there is a sign, a paper sign, taped to the front door saying, quote, we do not wish to speak to the press, end quote.
