Tactically, like maybe he gets some things wrong, maybe he doesn't. But like, you have got to send your team out with a tactic that can win. And the idea that you should try to score goals past Aaron Ramsdale?

Like, that's just dumb. Don't do that. That's never going to work. But they did try it. And no, it didn't work. No surprise there, because it can't be done. So good stuff. Yeah, we will talk about Aaron Ramsdale in the day he had, and it was quite the day. And, you know, he certainly soaked it up and seemed to enjoy it with the fans. and his character matched his performance.

Let's say it that way.

But there were other good performances on the day. And I think enough little question marks about some of the things we did that we can tease out, I think, a pretty interesting debate there. And I'm sure I will be the one probing at those issues. You'll be surprised to hear. But all things being equal, very good, very good results around the board.

Now, maybe one of the bad results with Spurs getting hammered by United, the upshot is it keeps Olai in a job.

The downside, you might say, is that it has cost Nuno his job, and Antonio Conte looks set for the Spurs job. Now, Spurs are shit and they get battered wherever they go, so I'm not too worried about it,

but I think it would have been nice if Nuno could have stayed in the job a bit longer. It's funny.

On October 16, I tweeted, I love that United battering spurs in the middle of this really difficult run

is going to be the result that keeps Ole in his job a while longer.

What I did not predict is that it would be the result that sent Conte to Spurs.

So that's a textbook example.

If you win some, you lose some.

But we win because you are here and we love you for that.
