Tracey is a personal trainer who discovered intermittent fasting in 2018 and has lived the lifestyle ever since. In 2016, she decided to train for a bodybuilding competition, and after the competition was over, she suddenly had unexplained weight gain and a lot of food noise that was missing before. Tracey discusses the mental challenges she faced post-competition, her transition to intermittent fasting, and how it has positively impacted her health and body composition. Gin and Tracey also delve into the importance of strength training, the impact of hormonal changes, and the misconceptions surrounding protein intake and meal frequency. Tracey emphasizes the significance of listening to one's body and finding a balance in nutrition and fitness, encouraging others to embrace their unique journeys with intermittent fasting.

At the end of the episode, Tracey tells listeners not to be embarrassed about their intermittent fasting journeys, and that there is no need to be secretive about what you are doing.
