I'm going to be running a solo adventure today, talking through profit sharing, stock options, and equity, and doing a comparison of those various approaches with the thought of incentivizing employees and team members in mind. This is the conversation

0:23.9

that I have had at least five times and maybe six in the past three months. So I figured it was

0:30.0

time to put some thoughts to tape so it's a resource I can use to point people at in the future.

I also really appreciate the honest delivery with none of the radio

1:27.9

DJ slimyness that so many podcasts seem to embrace. So thank you so much for those reviews.

1:33.2

And if you haven't left us a five-star review in Apple Podcast or Stitcher or Spotify or wherever

1:38.0

you partake of this show, I would really appreciate it because it definitely helps

1:42.2

keep us motivated and it helps bring more new listeners to the show.

1:46.8

Next, I wanted to mention hey.com.

1:50.3

Now, I've mentioned in the past that Basecamp is a headline partner with MicroConf,

1:55.9
