Sarah is a mom, a grandma, and a creator who loves to sew, knit, and garden. She learned about intermittent fasting after discovering a YouTube video in 2018. Because she wasn’t fasting clean, it was hard, and she quit soon after starting.

Then in 2021, she discovered Gin’s work and found success by embracing a clean fast and focusing on nutrient-dense foods. Sarah discusses her past experiences with Weight Watchers and intuitive eating, highlighting the challenges and realizations that led her to a sustainable fasting lifestyle. She emphasizes the importance of listening to her body's signals and the freedom she feels from not being tied to constant dieting.
