She read the advertisement a second time.

The conservatory, she could turn into a studio

and sound it ideal.

But what in the world was an AQ? Air quality

adventure quest. AQ is the top level domain for Antarctica.

So maybe it's letting you know the conservatory is also a portal to the South Pole.

Could be.

That could be a thing in that house.
