Welcome to other world. I'm your host Jack Wagner. This is the second part of a

two-part episode. If you haven't heard the first part, go back and listen to

that. It's episode 50. In part one, we met Allison. She's a girl who grew up in a

really rough household. Not just with her family life, but also the house itself.

Her dad bought this place before she was born and planned to fix it up. But he

fell off a ladder and broke his neck and it left him basically immobile. As a

result, it essentially looks like she lived in an abandoned house. It's in

really, really rough shape. She describes it in the interviews, but having seen

the videos, it doesn't even do it justice. I will post some of these, but it's

rough. It's not in a good state. A very good example of the state of this

house is that there's a pit in her bedroom that leads down to a hand-dug tunnel

in the ground. Used to be a furnace or something like that down there, but there's

this trap door in her childhood bedroom that leads to a dark pit. And at the

end of the last episode, her brother, of course, tricked her into going down

there and then locked her in it. You know, I started other world as an

outsider, a person who really didn't know anything about the paranormal and was

hardly interested in it. And I think a lot of people, including myself before,

assume that the people who tell these stories, who have paranormal experiences,

are fabricating them or exaggerating them in order to make their lives seem

more interesting, or to scare people with a ghost story. And while there are

certainly lots of those out there, what I've found is that the people who

experience the strangest stuff are more like Allison, a person whose real life
