another episode of the Hello Sydney podcast, a podcast for horror lovers where we discuss any and all

things horror. And it's me,

you girl, Sydney. It's the best day of the year. It's Halloween. We have a bonus episode. We are

wrapping up our Halloween saga officially because we are including Rob Zombies, two Halloween movies.

This time of year always makes me so sad, though, because it means that like spooky season is over,

but like, you know know us we're spooky year

round so that doesn't matter i just fucking love october man if i could live in an endless october i would

choose to do it today tomorrow and the next fucking day like i wish i could so i didn't feel right

concluding the halloween saga this month without talking about Rob Zombie's Halloween remake and his Halloween

two remake. I actually am a huge fan of his first Halloween, Halloween 2007. I actually always used to say

like I thought his Halloween was as good as the original. Like I always said, I liked them equally.

But honestly, after this whole thing, after like really watching the original

Halloween again in depth and then watching this one in depth, I don't. I still really love it,

but the OG Halloween is like so far above it. And I even think Halloween 2018 is above it.

So I really like my ranking would be like Halloween 78, Halloween 2018. And then probably Rob Zombie's

Halloween because I really do love his version of it,

but I also fucking love Gore. So I just love Rob Zombie in general. So it's for me. Now,

something that I find really interesting is Rob Zombie historically hates remakes. He does not

approve. He does not like horror remakes. So he was kind of hesitant about this. But before he

went through with it, he actually informed John Carpenter about it, which I very much respect.

And Rob Zombie is just a horror lover.
