It is day 60 after the election. We just shot our 50th episode last night. When I say we, it's a really

low-budget operation here, so I mean me. I don't know if you're like me, but here we are on January 2nd.

I am still recovering.

I'm recovering from, as some of you know, what happened last night.

I had a rough night.

I saw a video of Don Jr. dancing to Vanilla Ice and play that funky music white boy right before I recorded.

But today there's nothing to cheer me up quite like a bunch of Trump losers

who lose even more losing lawsuits with loser lawyers and loser plaintiffs.

And yes, the litigation count has finally changed, and not to the benefit of Donald Trump.

The new count stands at one out of 61 cases that Donald Trump is won, or in the words of one of

the Instagram commentators, Trump is now a 60 times loser. I mean, that's quite an accomplishment. No litigant in

American history has lost so much so fast. W.C. Fields once said, quote, some people are born

losers, other acquire the knack gradually. Well, Trump's got both.

He was born a loser, and he's gradually worked himself up into being the biggest loser of all time.

Today, we have two intersecting big events.

One actually happened last night after I recorded.

I know, shock of shock, Representative Louis Gomert's lawsuit was

thrown out of court. You remember, this is the lawsuit where this guy, a member of Congress,

claimed that Vice President Pence could do whatever he wants and just pick the next president,

that the election was not actually up to you

and me, it was up to Mike Pence? Well, I know you won't be surprised to learn that that lawsuit
