announcements this week the first is that Maya COabe, the subject of last week's

podcast, will be at Books with Pictures, the really amazing queer feminist

comic book store in Portland, Oregon. On Wednesday, July 31st for an evening of reading, signing, and visiting.

I am planning to be there. I would love to see you. I'm sure Maya would love to see you.

And also July 31st is Harry Potter's birthday and we all know that

Maya loves Harry Potter very deeply so who knows what will happen. Also right

after I published last week's episode,

I realized that I had totally failed to mention

that it was our 50th full episode,

which is absolutely amazing and incredible
