So Tanner, did you hear about the Red Bull lawsuit?

I did. I heard about this.

Yeah, it's uh, I think one of the somebody in the pub brought up a really important point that this could all be like a marketing scheme. I'm I'm absolutely convinced that that's

exactly what it is. It says the defendant's prod, marketing, and promotional spending has been used to mislead customers into believing that Red Bull is a superior product worthy of a premium price and has the ability to give you wings and provide energy and vitality.

So apparently this lawsuit is based on the false advertising that it gives you wings,

that it provides energy, that it gives you wings

that it provides energy that it provides vitality

now it

it absolutely provides energy

it's full of caffeine and and other

uh... energy boosting vitamins yeah like it does

absolutely do that so that's not false around up it actually has ground up bull

testicles that's not that's not true, but no it does. I'm gonna this is how we're gonna promote the

podcast someone's gonna call us out and sue us and then we're gonna retract and pay and pay damages which will be minor but it'll be a huge

story. Yeah up to and including whatever you paid for the podcast we will

reimburse you exactly

uh... so basically

it they're being sued because red bull does not give you wings at and

...
