Johnny Gujarro and his brother Matthew were hit by a drunk driver in New Jersey.

The night before, their sister's wedding, both killed.

I'm sure you've heard the news.

It's been all over the place.

And it's not the news that you, when you do a sports podcast or a hockey

podcast hope that comes across your feed and you're like you know i can't wait to talk about that

it's uh i'm devastated for the families Craig i know you have a lot to say on this I'm devastated

for the families and and I'm devastated for their friends and

obviously their teammates too. So it's, it's, uh, it's very, very, uh, it's, I did not know

Johnny Guadro. Um, I don't think that you knew him either, but I'll tell you, we knew of the Johnny

hockey. We knew of the Johnny Hockey.

We knew of this small, small little hockey player that came out of Boston College that just took basically the league by storm when he played his first game for the Calgary Flames.

He's been truly loved ever since the way that he played the game.

He was a very, very small player. And typically smaller players of his stature do not play in the national hockey league.

They're not physically dominant enough to play in this league.

It's a big, strong, hard league to play in.

And Johnny Guadro had a skill set was just kind of like very, very, very few players in the league and in the game itself at that time.
