0:27.9	It had been a while, a long while, since we had had a big commander's news day and then

0:35.9	And what came was quite a bit of commander's news, commander's head coach Rod Rivera.
0:42.2	He on Wednesday afternoon spoke to the media for the first time since his and general
0:49.4	manager Morton Mayhew's joint season ending press conference all the way back on January

0:56.0	Rod on Wednesday afternoon publicly acknowledged for the first time that Sam Howell is positioned
1:03.6	to be the commander's QB1 for the 2023 season.
1:08.4	But that was that all from Ron.
1:10.3	He also confirmed and talked about his interest in hiring Kansas City chiefs offensive coordinator
