0:45.8	and Tanya Snyder, they are selling their estate in Potomac, Maryland, the asking price.
0:53.9	$49 million. What a bargain! The home includes five bedrooms and 13 and a half bathrooms. Also features
1:05.4	a gym, a spa, a library, a wine cellar, and a theater. Dan originally purchased the majority of
1:13.9	the land in 2000 from get this Jordan's King Hussein and Queen Nor, Dan then purchased six
1:23.9	adjoining lots to expand the property. Now, if you're wondering, well, this must be another sign
1:30.6	that the Snyderes are selling a majority ownership of the commanders, well, maybe, but not necessarily
1:37.9	the home per Washington business journal has been privately offered for several years. The Snyderes
1:44.0	in 2021 bought a home in Alexandria, Virginia for $48 million. A record price for a home in the
1:53.6	Washington DC area. If that home also goes on the market, then yeah, that would be truly significant,
2:01.6	but yeah, a cool $49 million for Dan's and Tanya's spot in Potomac, Maryland who wouldn't pay
2:11.0	$49 million to be able to say that he or she lived where Dan and Tanya lived. Hello and welcome
