being more locked in, more powerful than the Article 5 guarantees of NATO. We say this a thousand

times on the war and the actual Article 5 guarantee obliges you to do absolutely nothing if a NATO ally is attacked.

You just got to take whatever steps you think are appropriate to the situation.
