500 dips into the pool that is performance enhancing audio. Yes, getting over turns

500, or at least we've taped 500 of these damn things. It has been quite a right here at getting

over, and we have quite a show ahead for you. We're going to skip with the

normal reminders off the top today. I just want to welcome you in, Chris, and discuss what it

has been like doing this show 500 times. And yes, as you pointed out, technically I have done the

show 500 times and you certainly less than that, but nevertheless, out, technically, I have done the show 500 times and you certainly less

than that, but nevertheless, 300, 350, however many episodes you have been on, it has been

our journey together and it just feels kind of crazy to be doing the intro to episode 500.

You know, before we started recording this,

I went back and listened to the first couple of minutes

of the very first episode back in March 2020.

And it was interesting to see how much has changed

and how much has not.

Still, Silver King doing the exact same introduction. That has been consistent

from the get-go. That is good for the brand. But I got to say, what we have now going back
