So this is going to be the intro to the episode about affirmations and focus.

It's a 30 minute segment that we pulled out of the Greg Godfrey podcast.

Now, all right guys, thank you for being with us again on another episode of the heavy

checklist.

Now, this episode is very, very unique.

It's unique because it's actually a clip from the previous episode that we did with Greg

Godfrey.

The reason we did this is because the conversation we had with Greg Godfrey was amazing, but it

was also very long.

And then it'll be in about a two and a half hour podcast where we covered a ton of

ground and some amazing concepts.

But there's a part of that episode that really stands out to me where we started talking

about affirmations and focus and a couple of very important things that I feel like they're

so important they should be their own episode, they should stand alone and they're things

that I'm going to show you guys how you can implement right now today to feel better,

be better, but more importantly, achieve things that you didn't even know were possible.

So with that said, give you a little bit of background on this conversation that we're

about to jump right into.

This is about an hour into a conversation that we were having with Greg Godfrey.

We originally talking about how he built this business and the nitro circus and all those

different cool things that he's done in his life.
