You know, I wish I had a way to teach you guys some sort of a complex behavior without, you know, edible or verbal praise, like tag teach, perhaps.

That would be great.

Oh, but tag teach would be so fascinating. And you know what? It would be great reading articles

about tag teach or as some of you may know the non-branded term, clicker training.

I don't even know what this means.

Well, read these articles, Jackie.

I'll tell you what they are, and then we can talk about them on next week's episode.

So next week we'll be talking about Tag Teach, and we will be reading two articles.

One is from the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Volume 48 from 2015, using Tag Teach to improve the proficiency of dance movements by Quinn, Miltonberger, and Fogel.

And this second article is from the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders from 2014, Volume 44.

And that is a brief report called an evaluation of Tag Teach components to decrease toe walking in a four-year-old child with autism by Prisicki Jackson and Adams.

Now, one of the things that I was interested in about tag teach or clicker training in general is how it is used.

And though I couldn't find any examples quickly of how it is used correctly,

I could find one that I remembered from my own memory of how it was used terribly incorrectly.

Well, did you guys see the hit, one of the top grossing movies of all time movie Jurassic World I saw Jurassic Park yeah no no no no they don't use clicker training in Jurassic

in Jurassic Park just in Jurassic World I didn't see Jurassic World well it was not worth

seeing and one of the reasons it is not worth seeing is because there is clicker training gone horribly wrong.
