A lot of crazy stuff going on the world right now. Markets are in all kinds of turmoil, which usually means there's some opportunity. Well, I really want to start with that. You know, right at the top of the show, I guess we should

reveal that I can't believe this is real, but you were already correct. You predicted recently

that we were going to have a conflict with Iran. And boy, did that come to a head over the weekend.

Of course, lots of people want to know, what does this mean for potential investors? And should

current investors be

worried? We saw a big response and then maybe a correction. Where are things now? And how do you

imagine this Iran situation could affect investors financially? Yeah, it's the old adage,

when missiles fly by. And that's pretty much accurate.

You look at the history of conflicts and the market tends to overreact initially.

What the market's trying to do is trying to find footing, find out where the value is.

And so the market always tends to overreact of either systemic shocks as far as old shocks or energy shocks are things like a war like in iraq in

iran or iraq as the case was many years ago the markets tend to overreact and then come back

pretty quickly i think we're going to see that right now i think we're already starting to see

that it's a huge deal there's a great chart right there about the when missiles fly, you should buy. And it's a

very simple thing. When the markets overreact, it's an opportunity to step in it by. The markets are

trying to find value and the markets tend to recover pretty quick. Well, I appreciate that we've
