1:21.4	made the whole setup and the final girl trope. And frankly, I don't really think Black Christmas

1:28.4	talking about iconic slasher. So that's why we're doing this episode. Black Christmas was literally
1:33.5	the direct inspiration for Halloween 1978. So if it weren't for this movie, we wouldn't have Michael
1:38.6	Myers and we wouldn't have quite a few slashes that came after him. So we're going to get into a
1:43.3	full breakdown of this movie and also discuss a bit about
1:46.0	its legacy. So let's just jump right into it. So this movie starts, we get a view of a house
1:51.6	and turns out that it's a sorority house. And we get a POV and it's just this like creepy breathing
1:57.1	and we see that somebody very obviously is stalking the outside of the house.
2:01.7	And then the front door is just left wide open, L.O.L. The 70s. So we see there's a Christmas
2:06.2	party going on and then we continue to get the POV and now we see somebody climbing up the side
