Where is the time gone? It's crazy.

I started the show in 2013 with my dear friend Dave. Slowly, it started expanding

and just reflecting on all the amazing guests. And throughout the years, I have somehow convinced

a lot of amazing people to come on the show. Famous people, incredibly fascinating and

intelligent people, people who are at the pinnacle of the music industry,

film, art, history, PhDs, nutritionists, professional athletes, whistleblowers, historic figures,

and so many other amazing people that I have, without a doubt, learned a lot from talking

and listening to.

It's just been an amazing, absolutely incredible journey and ride.

And I'm so glad many of you have been on this ride with me for a long time.
