Leon Black, the billionaire co-founder of Apollo Global Management, has long been tied to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal through massive payments

and a close association that he himself is called a horrible mistake.

Yet he shelled out $62.5 million in 2023 to the U.S.

Virgin Islands to settle and avoid any potential claims tied to Epstein's operations there,
