Hello and welcome to My Mom's Basement and a very special Daredevil finale edition of My Mom's

Basement with the boys. We're also recapping the boys. It's Robbie and Clem, as always.

And this is episode 499.5. Yep. Every now and then,

things line up like Fantastic 4.4 when we recapped that. It just so happened to be episode 444 of the podcast.

Every now and then, it just the stars align. For this one, the stars didn't align, so we're making them a lot.

Episode 500 will be the Mandalorian and Grobe. We're doing it for Baby Yo. And anyone who is a problem with that, you look in Baby Yo's big black eyes, which you would say black eyes is usually like, you know, like a doll's eyes, you know, lifeless. But no, those eyes are full of life, those beautiful black eyes. So we're doing it for the kid. You can't ever get mad if you're doing it for the kids. Also, that's the reason why it's only a very special episode. You would think Daredevil finale, higher than very special. However, you can't have anything more than very, very special was the most we could do on the meter with it being a 0.5 episode. So we're going to blame the point five for that.

I don't want to blow the load on adjectives. There's a lot of time left in the year where we're going to have very, very, very special episodes. This is a very special one. The Daredevil finale, huge. Everyone was talking about it on Twitter, even though the viewership was apparently down. My whole timeline is people talking about it. And the boys.

Glennie Balls texting me about the boys this week. He's catching up on the season. People are getting ready for the finale. It feels like things are ramping up. Powder keg. Yeah, the powder keg was completely lit and exploded. The Balls factor is like an x factor when the ball when balls is texting

you it's like that's it's reached another level on the meter as well for sure and like you said we can't

have we know mando review is going to be higher than very special we have like six movies coming

out i was just going through like every month. I'm like, I was thinking about doing

one of those, you know, unlimited movie things because I'm like, I'm going to have to watch a bunch

of movies. Plus a few I just want to watch on my own. And I'm like, I think it's coming pretty

quick here in the next few months, Bob. It's going to be busy times. But we're going to be leaving

the streaming realm for a little bit, which is nice. And we're going to be worth it. But we're going to be leaving the streaming realm for a little bit, which is

nice, and we're going to be doing big theatrical releases. Although next week, we're right on to

Punisher, one last kill or whatever. His special comes out. And then we'll wrap up with the boys.

And then, yeah, then you'll go back to nerd news episodes on My Mom's Basement. We'll get the occasional movie and not more than occasional this summer, I guess.
