My friend Brooke Anderson (RM, Masters student at BYU, Author) shares her story. Brooke talks about working through anger with God and the Church and why she remains a committed and believing member of the Church. 0:25.1	Yeah, it's S-O-N, so A-N-D-E-R-S-O-N.
0:29.4	And Brooke is a master's student at BYU, working on a linguistics degree with hopes to become a professor.
0:39.1	She's got to get a Ph.D. on that road.
0:41.7	And she is going to tell her story as a lesbian in Latter-day Saint.
0:46.6	By way of background, she grew up north of Atlanta and Georgia.

0:56.6	an undergraduate degree from BYU, in English language and editing, if I've got that right.

1:03.2	Served a mission to Tucson, Arizona. Spanish speaking came home at the end of 2017, and she's just going to share her story. Her story includes a
1:14.7	marriage that lasted a short period of time. That would be part of her story. She's also the
1:21.3	author of a book called Through My Lens. It's a story of her journey as a lesbian Latter-day Saint.
