I cannot separate this phenomenon from the pandemic.

These kids are, I mean, these are Zoomers by and large, right?

They live their entire lives online and at key moments in their socials,

at Zoomers in Gen Alpha, and at key moments in their socialization,

the world fell apart and everything was pushed online.

And honestly, what does happen happen like kids are cruel to

each other there's no they're always cruel to each other whether it's in the playground or at school or

online what happened here is that the like the guardrails were off like all the inhibitions that you have

in real face-to-face

when you insult somebody or abuse somebody or attack them,

those are gone.

Like that person doesn't have the ability to fight back,

especially when someone figures out a way to get deeply compromising

and harmful information about you.

I mean, so that's the through line with so much of what they do is that they sort of spread this to other people. They extort people, and then sometimes those people start doing it themselves, et cetera, et cetera. Yeah, they grew them. It's cultic behavior. Classic cultic behavior. You take a victim and you turn them into a member and then you get more victims. I know that they have like guides on how to do this. Yeah, we are talking about this. I mean, yeah, they literally

sell courses, like all online entrepreneurs. They sell courses on how to like groom and exploit

people. And oftentimes, like we're talking about grooming and exploiting like 12 year olds here.

We're not talking about like getting access to like a 40 year old's bank account. We're talking about groominging exploding, like, 12-year-olds here. We're not talking about, like, getting access to, like, a 40-year-old's bank account.

We're talking about getting a 12-year-old to kill her hamster.

And so, like, what kind of stuff? Or beat her brother up or harm. Or send nudes. Send nudes or cut-sign herself. Or there's the case of the kid who killed themselves on a live stream on Instagram.
