Speaking of Clemen, who are you? I am John Bono, of Twinsdale. And who's this team that we're talking about? That's the bigger question. That is a question, isn't it? It has been an interesting week. That's one way to put it. John always tries to phrase it. Five losses in a row, right? Yes, after a nice win against Cleveland, you're thinking, all right, here we go.

They're going to build some momentum here. And then they lose five in a row. And, you know, the two against Cleveland were frustrating, but, you know, not. But Cleveland's good. The script was fairly basic in those games. It wasn't really anything crazy. It wasn't, you know, anything specific that at least I would point to.

And there were actually a couple decent pitching performances in that series that were somewhat promising.

But then you go to Detroit and, you know, it's funny.

Like once we found out whatever it was in early July, I guess, that it was going to be a 60 game season.

One of the things that we talked a lot about on the show was that, you know, this is obvious, but we said, like, you know, the highs are going to be much higher and the lows are going to be much lower. It's going to feel worse. Right. Just losing a series is going to feel worse. Every game is like a series. Right. It's like two and a half or three games each.

And I think we sort of experienced that for the first three, four weeks or whatever, but the... Most they were experiencing the highs. Yeah, although it's funny. The sweep in Kansas City was also... That's what I'm getting to. But so even when they took three out of four in that weird home and home from Pittsburgh.

They lost the last one. Taylor Rogers gave up the walk off. And even during that, I feel like we did, I think we did a Patreon podcast. Put that in the back of your mind for future if they start winning again.

But during that, even, they win three out of four from Pittsburgh, and our whole thing was like, man, did they look bad? And that just Pittsburgh is just a very bad team. And then they go to Kansas City and they get swept there three. Now, they bounce back from that. They win some games Milwaukee, and they win some games against Kansas City. They didn't look great in any of those, though. And now you lose two or three against Cleveland. Okay, that's fine. And then you go to Detroit and you just lay an egg, completely lay an egg. And, you know, I think they pitched well enough to win two of those, these last three games.

I'm not saying they pitched well.
