of us hate change? I'm like a 50-50 person. It's funny. One of those things that I have realized is I think

there are some people that

actually love it and they would call it adventure, but half the time I think the people that love

change, it's probably because they're running from something. Yeah. So you have to pay attention

to that. And then the other is usually just change means pain of some form because change in any way is going to require us to

do different things. Then there's obviously the change that's thrust upon us that we haven't asked

for. And then even the change that we choose, like, you know, I always laugh and talk about this a lot,

but it's like, oh man, we want a different body that's going to take a little bit of work, not going to the gym once, not going eat different once.

You know, you got to work through things to have a different result.
